We are hiring an experienced MERN Stack Developer for our Bangalore location with 4+ years of experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications.

In this role, you will develop full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, build responsive UI components, and design secure RESTful APIs. You will also focus on improving application performance by optimizing code, enhancing Core Web Vitals, and ensuring smooth user experience across devices.

You will collaborate with designers, QA teams, and backend developers to deliver efficient, scalable, and well-optimized applications while following modern development best practices.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack)

Experience in developing scalable full-stack web applications

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

RESTful API development using Node.js and Express.js

Building responsive and reusable UI components with React.js

Understanding of Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID)

Performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, caching)

Image optimization and bundle size reduction techniques

Experience with Redux or Context API for state management

Database optimization and MongoDB query performance tuning

Familiarity with Next.js (preferred)

Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
