Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals. You will screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company fit.

You will coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions, and maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment trackers. You will also prepare recruitment reports and ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing hiring activities, and contributing to building strong teams within a fast-growing organization.

Technical Skills

1. Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals
